It's a typical "bulk" candy store. Lots of selection. Fill up your bag, pay and be on your way. My kids love it.

The staff at the front of the store are extremely knowledgeable about all the foods and sweets they sell straight from the UK. We all found some nostalgic treats and enjoyed the stories the staff had to tell us. There is so much to see and taste there even if you aren't familiar with the food it's worth a try. At the back of the building is a tea shop that sells scones with real Devonshire cream and beans on toast! It was all wonderful and tasted like we remember. The only downside I found was the slight attitude we got when we asked for builders tea. The waitress said they didn't sell that brand anymore. Builders tea is a way of preparing tea and not a brand. She didn't agree and insisted they don't carry it... We just said it's fine and to bring us tea with cream and sugar on the side. The museum attached to it has so much stuff to look through and learn about. A great place to go and get lost in some history while enjoying a cup of tea and some sweets!

Just off the road in a cute and bright little green and yellow barn. The first time I've ever gone through a 'corn drive thru'! It is $11.50 per baker's dozen (13 ears) but hey, it's local. They are open daily from 10-6pm, I came on a Saturday and the line flowed well Pretty simple and quick process, you drive up to the counter , tell them how much you want and pay. They take card or cash. I believe they also sell strawberries but I did not inquire about it. The corn is pre bagged for you so you don't get to choose. When steamed they become a rich yellow colour. Large, full kernals on each ear that burst with juiciness and sweetness as you taking a bite. If you though the corn you get from grocery stores are sweet this is next level up! The sweetness is a flavour that I can't describe accurately enough through words - just so sweet and yummy! The corn is crisp and delicious down to the core. I brought it share with my family and neighbors and they all said it was so delicious. You haven't had Chilliwack corn until you've tried Sparkes corn!
