In fact, the lady laughed as she explained what buttercream icing was to me. I KNOW what it is and her's was unlike any I've ever had. So, if you're a buttercream icing lover like me, you may want to sample Stax's icing before you pay $87 for 1/4 sheet cake to be sure it meets the taste of buttercream icing you have in mind.
