Now many years later and after listening to the adds for Rockin Ronny's on KXLP. I knew I needed to search them out and find out Who, What, and where was this so called place "Rockin Ronny's". I arrived to a nice clean facility. My wants and needs were meet by Derren and his staff. I cant say enough positive about how I was treated and the products I got. Here they sized it for me and also were so honest and told me about the risk of changing the size. They gave me valuable information about this type of metal, it has a history of loosing stones eventually bc it is a soft metal. Also, when the size is changed bc of the design of my ring, it may then rub on the sides of my other fingers bc it will be brought down more to get the correct size. I got it sized. They did a beautiful job and I am glad they were so honest. Hard to find that in companies any more. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this business.

Sara had me roll up my pants legs, take off my street shoes and walk 30 feet and back while she determined the best shoe from observing my ancles and how I walk. She measured my feet for size. She came up with three different brands of shoes. I tried on all three and walked around the store trying each brand. She answered several questions and it's quite obvious she knows the brands well! The decision was simple knowing which shoe would be best for me. I highly recommend going to River Valley Running and let them help you find the correct shoe for your application!!

In doing so they gave us a verbal estimate of how much it would cost so we could give them $150 to do a drawing and get a more accurate estimate. Before I was willing to go forward and risk my $150 they assured me it would be close to that estimate. Industry standard is a 10% change on verbal estimates. I gave them my $150 and they came back with a quote 50% higher than the number they convinced me into giving them $150. I was wanting to go through Patterson's but they gave me no good explanation on why they would go up 50% of the original estimate. They said there is nothing they could do and I would have to pay the 50% increase or loose out on that $150. This shop was very deceitful and I no longer trust them. Be cautious!
