He made sure the destination was confirmed twice, placed the car onto the flatbed without any issues, and made sure the journey to the shop went smoothly. The driver remained careful the entire time, even though short-distance tows don't typically receive the same attention as longer jobs. The car was intact and clean when it arrived. The price was fair and in line with the dispatch quote. You can't really ask for more stress when your car has already failed you, and nothing about the experience added any."

I was concerned about this and Pete spotted it right off the bat. I'd lost my bank card 2 days ago and I'm hours from home. I only had enough to pay for the tires. Pete ordered the new lug nuts and they were delivered in 15 mins, knowing I couldn't pay for them, he paid for them out of his own pocket. He'd rather do that then send someone down the road in an unsafe car. I gave Pete my word I'd be back to pay for the lug nuts the next day and I will. I don't know what I'd have done if it weren't for unique auto being awesome professionals. They treated me like family and that's rare these days.
