When they did show up after a rain storm, they got their bucket truck stuck in my backyard and had to call a tow truck to get them out. This caused HUGE tire divots in my yard and a broken underground sprinkler. He never bothered to fix that or any of the other HUGE divots left behind from cutting the tree down. My fence was patched up for 7 months, they left it open and I have dogs, he got huffy with me when I told him he needed to put the fence back properly. It was a disaster from the word go. I would not recommend them to anyone. I finally had to threaten to get a lawyer because we had sold the house and needed the tree down. 7 months!!! To cut down 1 tree!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

She quoted just the cutting of the trees down to just shy of $4,000. That didn't include haul away costs. Because my family and I were very resourceful (we had our own chainsaws, were willing to do it ourselves if needed and had the offer of help from a neighbor), we decided to cut the trees down on our own and save the $4;000. We cut them down with ease and disposed of the trees at our own dump site. Fast forward to the day I'm posting this (June 16). We cut the trees down, but still have all of our stumps in the ground as we simply didn't have time to grind out all the stumps. I texted Brandy asking if she would quote us on just the stump removal, and she replied at first saying it would be a two-month wait. I replied saying I would still like a quote if possible and she replied: "Maybe you should have hired me to do it all when I has time. Quality counts." The rest of our text conversation unfortunately got more and more unprofessional as it went on from Brandy's end. She even claimed that she knew we went with another service and paid them, which is 100% false. Again, we cut the trees down ourselves. Unfortunately because we didn't buy the "full package" from her, it looks like she's willing to be unprofessional and make you feel guilty for not choosing her. Again, pick any other service in town if you can. Being respectful and tactful should matter and doing the opposite like this instance should also have ramifications.
