I have been buying and selling real estate as a real estate investor directly and indirectly as a consultant for over 20 years. I have been involved in well over 200 transactions. In my lifetime i have dealt with over 50 different agents, trust me when I say this. Misty is in the top 5 of agents I have ever dealt with. She is more than good at what she does, she is knowledgeable, driven, and has a heart of gold. Add to that her professional ethics are second to none and overall I give her an A+ rating. Most people deal with 1 or 2 agents their entire life. I have deal with so many that I can honestly say she on my extremely shortlist for awesome agents. I personally referred her to family so that i knew she would be taken care of. Shes a consummate professional full of sage advice, deep and abiding wisdom and she has a smile that is genuine and honest. I have already done numerous deal with her and look forward to many more.
