A major issue with the property was not clearly disclosed upfront: a large septic drain field/mound that takes up a significant portion (close to half) of the land and severely limits usable space on the property. This made it very difficult to plan anything with the land once the layout became clear. When questions about the septic layout and safety concerns with the land were raised, they were brushed off and there was no willingness to discuss the price or provide clearer details. The interaction felt focused on closing the deal rather than being transparent with buyers. Buyers are nothing more than a dollar sign. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this agent if at all possible and carefully verifying all property limitations before working with him.
