Upon our return, and having made a decision, the process was straight-forward, and competently handled. For a few sticking points, the property managers were quick to contact the owners to try to reach an agreement (which, as an owner myself, I truly appreciate) as well as impress upon us the owner's concerns. Overall, an effective, efficient and welcoming office that made the process easy; we arrived at 0900 brand new to the area and by 1200 we ha viewed 4 houses, and had completed the process to rent the one we liked.
