The billing explanation came after the fact and relied on shop-rate comparisons that didn't feel applicable to a mobile job in Mobile. I paid the invoice, but transparency and expectation-setting could be much better. If you use this service, I'd strongly recommend confirming the hourly rate and estimated time before work begins.

The service team was quick to respond and ordered my part. Communication was good as they kept me informed of when the part would arrive and when my boat would be ready. I paid for the services and parts, picked up my boat, and brought it home. Thats when the problems started. Without getting into the details, there was some type of error with the service performed which exacerbated my problem. I had to bring it back to Sunrise to have them resolve this new issue. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder however they kept me in the loop on the progress.
