DO. NOT. TAKE. YOUR. WEDDING. DRESS. HERE…read more My best friend trusted this seamstress with the most important gown of her life, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The hem was chopped too short, the straps were strangling her shoulders, and the alterations looked like they were done in the wrong order with zero thought to how the dress should actually fit. Instead of taking responsibility, she had the audacity to blame the bride's stomach for why the dress suddenly didn't have enough length. Unbelievable. The bustle? A joke. She used tiny metal hooks that weren't secure, leaving the back dragging on the ground while the front was already too short. Completely backwards. On top of that, she constantly forgot appointment details, missed one entirely, and still turned my friend away as if it were our fault. And let's talk about the environment: her house smelled awful, her work space was an absolute mess, and the whole place screamed unprofessional. It was stressful and disappointing from the very first visit. This woman should not be touching wedding dresses. She ruined what should have been an exciting, joyful experience for a bride. Save yourself the heartache and go literally anywhere else

DON'T DO IT!!! I…read morewould never recommend Hailey for bridal alterations. I trusted her with my wedding dress--the most important garment I'll ever wear--and the experience has been stressful, upsetting, and extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was poor, and the quality of work is far below what's acceptable for bridal standards. She even forgot my appointment details entirely at one point, which should've been my first red flag. The lace hem was cut too short, and instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for it, claiming it was due to my body shape and not her mistake. As a "fix," appliqués were slapped on, and worst of all, the buttons down the back of my dress are unevenly spaced, loose, and floppy. The back of my gown should've been a beautiful focal point, but instead, the craftsmanship looks rushed and careless. When I raised concerns, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. I paid hundreds of dollars expecting professional-quality alterations and instead was left with anxiety and frustration just days before my wedding. Your wedding dress is not the place to gamble on someone's skills. If you value attention to detail, proper technique, and peace of mind, look elsewhere!

I got them back today and they fit perfectly. I also had them sew on some patches for my school and they are just how I wanted them. The only thing I didn't expect was the pricing and I tried to look online for basic pricing but couldn't find any. However for the work done I think it was worth it!

It was the most uncomfortable situation. The person that waited on me was rude and short, as far as her demeanor was. She seem like a frustrated theater costumer. She kept telling me what she couldn't do instead of telling me what she could do. Everything about the appointment was negative and nothing was positive. I will never be back. A little bit of a better attitude would go along, long way. I walked in with nothing but a good attitude and I left there crabby. This is not a good way to do a business and I feel bad for the person that owns this business because he just lost a customer for life.

So the fella is "fitting you", tape measure in hand, humming as he goes, all's good, correct? I mean, the guy is actually taking YOUR measurements for the tux ordered. All three of us in the party, when the tuxes arrive? Disaster...pant legs inches too short, sleeves hiding the hands, almost comical. The staff tells us, when questioned, "it's not uncommon to have this happen". (I'm scratching my head, like, whats the actual PURPOSE then of having a tailor or employee actally measure you. Came down to the wire, day before the wedding. where things were rectified. (Mebbe the one employee sitting unconcerned, with her feet up on her phone, could have had some insight. But she was pretty busy on TikTok, I think). Lastly, the hasp clips on the side of my pants wouldnt stay secured, I spent the entire reception pulling my pants up. Sigh Need a tux rental?
