After reading the reviews people left, I was set on using Steve. Given the amount of snow we had last week, I figured I might have to wait a day or two for a response but, I was willing to wait. Oh no, the snow was coming and my snow blower would not start! It worked fine last winter. Well, after shoveling for a couple of hours after the first significant snow fall this season, I knew I didn't want to use the shovel again, the next time. One good point about Steve is that he comes to you. No loading the heavy machinery into your car, taking it somewhere and waiting a few weeks for it to get repaired and then loading it back into your car to take it home.
