Steve's Restaurant Appliance donated a Vitamix for the ALS Auction Fundraiser. I was lucky enough to have the winning bid. They mailed it to me immediately; unfortunately the blue power light did not work. I phoned Vitamix company, which emailed Natalie, Steve's owner, while I was still on the phone, and as soon as I got off of the phone, I received an email with return shipping label and a phone call from Natalie. She sincerely apologized and explained that they would repair it as soon as it arrived and then ship it right back to me. It was mailed out, repaired, and back to me in less than FIVE days!
