Uff, hit a piece of plastic going through Salt Lake and by the time we got to Fillmore our tire pressure was super low. On a Saturday at 3pm...a timely repair wasn't looking good. The local gas station suggested Steve's. I called and Steve actually answered! A human! He sent Tatum out to the shop to fix our tire. Luckily just needed a good patch. Tatum was kind and did fast, clean work and had us back on the road within an hour. We were grateful for the excellent service and you know, experiences like this remind you that humankind is good. Thanks to the AAA guy who changed the blown out tire on the highway. He directed us to Steve's and in less than 45 minutes we had a new tire and were back on our way. The facility was clean, customer service excellent, and they had a tire in stock to fit the make of the car. And the $5 pizza place next door made the wait even shorter! I called Tuesday afternoon for air conditioner service Wednesday and got a 4PM appointment. About 5:15PM they called to report the service was done. I suspected on a 12 year old car the refrigerant was low and that was confirmed. They recharged it with a dye and found no leaks and informed me that should there be a very small leak another shop would find the dye indicator. I consider $140 for this timely service a good value. The check engine light came on as we were passing Fillmore. We went into town & found Steve's. Although they didn't have a certified mechanic on-site ( Saturday morning) they were kind and very helpful. They used a computer to diagnose the issue ( an easy fix) and told hubby how to fix. Turned out to be nothing detrimental to the truck, and all is well. The friendliness of the 2 workers was quite nice. Home-town feel and polite, knowledgeable boys. These guys rock!!! We had our check engine light come on in our way to Vegas and we stopped here to see if they had time to take a look for us. These guys not only got us checked and back on the road in 10 minutes but they also gave us a great price for what they did! Tire factory? I don't recall any tires being actually manufactured anywhere in the building. What I do recall is they did an awesome job trying to take care of us, and when it became obvious that they weren't going to be able to didn't charge us a dime for an hour and a half worth of diagnostic work. read more

This place is hands down the best service I got in my stay in USA, we had a water pump blew and went in 730 am told us he had a busy schedule and won't get it down till later on the day.
