Because I was Introduced to TriTips in central CA, I expected the marinade to be more like a Santa Rosa Rub, which is how I cook them. It was not, but it was very good and tender. I grilled it on a gas grill at 350 over indirect heat til internal temp of 100, then flipped it over to direct heat (flipping once) til a bit over 130 (10-15 min). Removed from heat and tented under foil for 10-25 min while I steamed asparagus. It was perfect! Very good and lots of juice! There were med well pieces for my husband, and rare for me. Thank you! Glad you had them advertised on your sign, inspiring me to stop!

Good thing I have a pretty big grill. It was probably the best braut I ever had, but nobody else got to eat because there was only 1 sausage. Don't get me wrong, love this establishment, but I'm heavily disappointed. I went grocery shopping…read morethe other day and most of the produce and dairy section was filled with expired products. I understand that the past week was filled with customers. I get that with Christmas and new years you might slack a little. This was completely unacceptable though. Most of the dairy products expired over two weeks ago. There should be no excuse for that. I bought some yogurt without checking the date and it expired on December 19th 2023. It's now January 2nd 2024. Im so disappointed with this establishment. Family fare please fix your business!!
