Mike was wonderful in explaining how the process of dealing with the insurance company would work, and assuring me that he would take care of contacting them to get everything worked out on the payment end of things. I really appreciated the time he took to talk with me and answer all my questions as I had never been through the process before. Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Great documentation with excellent communication and a very fast turnaround to top it off. they stayed late and had it all done very quickly for something so short notice. They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right.
