I've used Town & Country a few times over the years for plumbing repairs, a new shower install, and…read morewhen they installed my hot water tank, and they've always been great to work with. Most recently, I had a small leak in an elbow connection that was in a pretty difficult spot to access. They were able to come out the same day, communication was excellent, and the repair itself took only about 30 minutes. The price for the service call was fair, the work was done quickly, and everything has been working perfectly since. It's nice to find a company that's reliable and responsive. Mark W

We have had a leak in our summer cottage for over a year- a leak that would only show up…read moreintermittently. After intense searching and trying different solutions, the slow leak persisted. Finally, last Saturday we concluded that the water was coming from inside the plumbing wall. I called Town and Country this morning, and was given an appointment for tomorrow, which would work, but require that we delay our return home. The person who answered the phone said there was a possibility that a technician might be freed up today. At noon we received a call from "Dave" of Town and Country. He said he was "20 minutes away". Dave came, diagnosed exactly where the leak in our drain piping was ( inside the plumbing wall). He carefully cut away the wood for access, in such a way the it can be easily reconstructed. He reconfigured the PVC drain assembly perfectly, and also rebuilt the under sink drain piping assembly. Work was fast and excellent...and the mysterious leak has finally been fixed! A very positive experience! Excellent work by "Dave" and excellent response by Town and Country Plumbing! Paul E.

When I originally called to schedule an appointment, they spent a great deal of extra time on the phone walking me through some steps of doing an initial check of my chimney and what to look out for to minimize risk of fire/CO exposure. They did not have to do this, but went way out of their way to spend this extra time with me and lend a hand. Scheduling was easy and efficient, and they use Square app to confirm, track, and enable notifications for the appointment. During the inspection/cleaning, they were very friendly, transparent, communicative, and efficient. They prepped the work area which was then spotless upon completion as if they were never even there. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I had great conversations with the two sons during the appointment, and they took extra time to answer my questions and to walk through safety and operational concerns I had. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I'll be recommending Family Chimney Sweeps to everyone going forward. Great job!
