After numerous attempts at getting as much as a return phone call with most of the other companies, I contacted James (the owner), and not only did he actually answer the phone (unlike many others), he was very accommodating and said he could fit me in the following day. As requested, I sent James pictures of my system and when he arrived, on time I might add, he was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and change a small part to get my system up and running. Additionally, he fixed a few broken sprinkler heads and made sure all of my system was working properly without draining my wallet. We had a great conversation also and I found him to be honest, fair, and down to earth. Honestly, his simply showing up on time and having phenomenal communication earned him 4 stars alone. He absolutely earned the 5th star for the outstanding performance and fair price. If I could give him 10 stars, he would certainly deserve it! James did what others couldn't or wouldn't do.
