I had warranty work to be done on my Cub Cadet. I called this business to set it up, and asked if…read morethe part was in stock, they said it was. I took it in on a Friday and dropped it off, they said it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday. I called on the next Friday, and was told the part was ordered and would be there any time. I called back on Monday, got the same answer. After 10 days, I needed my mower and decided I would just do the work myself. When I went to pick it up I was told I would have to pay for the part "that I didn't get" and the labor "that didn't happen" or I could NOT get my mower back. Each time I spoke to them I was met with an arrogant attitude. I will NEVER patronize this business again..... How it has stayed in business this long is baffling to me.....

This is a small hardware store but they surprisingly have a large selection of items. Please remember this is not a Lowes or Home depot so keep that in mind. The staff member who helped me was so kind and helped me pick a paint. While the prices are a little higher (which is the only reason I gave them 4 and not 5 stars) it is worth the convenience. And the popcorn is fresh and hot!

Checkout lines have always moved quickly and returning items has also been fast and easy. Recently, I went here looking for organic, natural mulch (dyed mulch is sometimes made from scrap lumber that was pressure-treated with toxic chemicals that can leach into your soil, so I prefer natural mulch made from tree bark). Not only did they have organic mulch in stock, but one of their employees spent a lot of time helping me find it and then negotiate a discount because the bags of mulch had a few holes. It was a lot of effort for a small sale -- less than $10 -- and very much appreciated.
