I needed repairs, for two different pieces, of jewelry.
WOW, I was immediately welcomed, by Diana. She greeted me with an honest sincerity, the moment I walked in.
(I know sincerity, from "customer service, greetings", ...I abhor the latter).
I was immediately shown, with what gemstone I could match, the Sapphire missing from my ring.
Also my heavy gold bracelet was repaired, and the clasp area strengthened.
When I picked up these two pieces, the gold was shined more beautifully, than I had ever seen.
Every aspect of my brief visit, for repairs, was expertly, handled. The prices were fair as well.
I was tentative, ...thinking I'd be over charged, ...(not having been recommended).
That was NOT the case.
I wish I had more jewelry needs.
If only because, I enjoy going to Diana, for her personality, fine knowledge in immediately knowing, how to guide you.
Whatever your need, or want.
Plus most importantly, she communicates so well. Service, (such as Diana provides so effortlessly), is very rare to come by.
I look forward to going there in the future.
Finding a good jeweler is usually found by "word of mouth", from friends.
I lucked out finding Diana, at Neustaedter's Fine Jewelers, by a "stab in the dark".
Reputation, in any business is important.
This business deserves their fine reputation.
