Fratellis is the best z Italian restaurant in my area. The staff are friendly. The price is also reasonable

Horrible!!! I took a stainless steel tumbler there to get engraved. It was a gift to me. To start, the lady was very condescending and acted like I didn't belong there. I'm a carpenter and just got off a 10 hour shift so I wasn't looking my best. I spelled out exactly what I wanted it to say "happy 10 year anniversary". Instead, when I went to pick it up, it read "10 year anniversary". She acted like she never seen me before when I was just there an hour ago! I showed her on the paper where it clearly said what I wanted it to say. She told me someone else did it and just forgot. She then told me they can squeeze it in there but I'll have to wait for other orders to be finished first! Didn't even offer a refund for screwing up a gift that was given to me. I just turned around and walked out before I caused a scene. Some people are so rotten. It's not my fault you have an entry level job! read more

ISSUE RESOLVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU! I purchased an engraved ornament which was shipped in a timely manner. This was in memory of my son who passed away this year and was a gift for his 9-year old daughter. The ornament was nice. I would have been satisfied except that the box it was in was broken. This is a keepsake for my granddaughter to have for many years to come and it would have been nice to have a decent box to store the ornament. I emailed customer service and they offered to let me return it but this was not acceptable since I had already given it to my granddaughter to hang on the tree. read more
