They answered quickly and quoted my a time they would arrive and a price for the typical service. I let them know I would be there and available should they be available early. Brian arrived early and had my door open very, very quickly. He was both friendly and very professional and then charged me 75% of the price he originally quoted due to reduced travel distance. He did none of the things I have found to be typical of all too many tradesmen these days such as come up with a reason to charge more than quoted or telling me that I needed additional services that he of course was able to provide for example. I highly recommend and endorse Brian's Locksmith Service for any of the services he provides.
