I have been a diabetic for a long time and have been under the care of another doctor who had me on a successful treatment plan using Ozempic. This medication has been working for me, which is exactly why my A1C is currently normal, it means the treatment is effective, not that the disease is gone. ​Despite my long history and the stability I've achieved, Dr. Samira seems to lack the necessary understanding of my condition. Instead of maintaining what works, she insisted that because my numbers are 'normal' now, I should stop Ozempic and go back to basic treatment. It felt like she completely ignored the fact that the medication is the reason my levels are controlled. ​I felt unheard and unsafe with this decision. I need a doctor who understands the continuity of care and listens to a patient's long-term history, rather than one who tries to fix what isn't broken. I cannot recommend her if you have a chronic condition that requires consistent, knowledgeable management.

I am so grateful for Dr. Jahangiri. She has been my primary doctor for the past 4 years and hands down, the best primary doctor I have had! She takes the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. I feel heard, respected, and cared for. What really stands out is how she works with me to find solutions that actually work for ME; not just generic answers. She has assisted me through tough times and for that, I am so grateful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful in her approach. She makes me feel so comfortable; I can be 100% transparent without feeling judged. It's rare to find someone in healthcare who is both compassionate and so well-informed. I leave my appointments feeling confident and supported! Exceptional care every time! She listens to your concerns, symptoms, problems, and come up with the best care and treatments. She always makes sure that I don't have any further question before she leaves the exam room. She ordered a lot of tests for me when I first came to see her as a new patient to find out what was wrong with my health, and follow up with me. She always explains very well the treatments, side effects of the medications. Dr. Le is the only doctor that I found doesn't come in the room seeing you for 5 mins then walks out the door. I had been to the doctors offices, waited in the lobby for 20-30 mins, then when the MA called a me to the back office, Doctor came in , talked to me for 2-3 mins then done. I was advised that my primary doctor wasn't available and this goof ball told me I needed to wait 10-14 days to see if my symptoms would clear up. I shared with him that if he read my charts, he would see that historically I catch the flu in Dec/Jan as I travel to NYC and this year, it was freezing cold. During the zoom meeting, he kept rolling his eyes and telling me about his 500 other patients and his credentials that makes him an expert. This was a total waste of time as refused to prescribe me a ZPack and cough medicine. Now, I have to get an appointment with my primary doctor.
