Wally just primed the ceiling and tried to tell me it was painted and that it would look better once dried. When I called back days later to let him know he told me I would have to pay another $300 for it to be fixed. He basically told me if he came back to fix it for just cost of paint he would lose money which is not the case as he did 9 hrs worth of work for $1200! Had he been honest from the beginning I would understand but he tried to scam a young couple trying to improve their home. Sadly my ceiling looks terrible, it is extremely shiny and they did not fix any of the blemishes that could have easily been patched after scraping. We did texture ceiling in our one room and the texture is falling off after one week! We could have done a better job had we tried to do it ourselves. We now have to pay someone else to finish a job that we paid a professional to do. Unfortunately he forced us to do a cash deal so I have no receipt or anything to act on. Just beware and learn from our mistake, do not hire this company to paint your house. His business card says he treats his customers like family...if that is the case I feel very bad for his family!

Don't worry, he'll make excuses and blame other customers for being the problem (which is why he was wildly inconsistent coming to my place to do work). I have used…read moreCertaPro previously both inside and outside my home and had very good results despite never being the most cost effective service. I told the person doing the quote I wanted exactly what I had done previously. I was contact in August regarding an opening to do the job. I was Called on Friday 08/14 stating the person would be there to power wash on 08/17 Monday at 8:30am. Monday came and he was a no show. I contacted the Supervisor much later in the afternoon and was told that he was tied up on another job. Tuesday 08/18 someone showed up to power wash. He completed the job in less than 15 minutes. He then came back the next day and stained one length of the fence in about 1.5 hours. He then left without saying anything. I checked the work and the part he stained was hardly done. The remaining fence was also still dirty. I again contacted the Supervisor who advised me he ran out of paint and would be back the next day. I checked the 5 gallon paint bucket he left sitting on my lawn which had 1/2 of the paint remaining. I again called and asked for someone else to complete the job. I heard nothing for more than a week when I again called and spoke to the Supervisor. He stated they would have someone there the next day. This person arrived and said they could not re power wash as that was not something they were told to do. He completed the project but did not stain the wooden tiers in our landscaping as was done before because it was not in the estimate. I stated that I told the initial person who did the estimate I wanted that done like before. This person then asked for payment and also told me that the person who came for the first day said I agreed to $300 more for the project due to size. I never had any conversation with that person at all and he was gone without speaking to me. The job is now done, but certainly not to the level as years past. I will not being using this service again.
