I rolled my ankle while moving some empty boxes. And after getting some x-rays at the urgent care,…read morethe doctors there recommended me to come here for a more closer look. I was able to get all my x-rays on a flash drive. I gave it to the doctor for his examination. The staff and the doctor here are very nice. Checking in was very simple. Everything is done through kiosk in order to avoid more personal contact. And I didn't have to wait for long before I get to see the doctor. Fortunately, the doctor said it's not too serious. I did not have a fracture and luckily it was just sprained. The doctor told me to keep my leg elevated, stay off my feet and take plenty of rest. The good news is that my ankle is getting a lot better, so I don't have to go back for another visit. But if I have to, I know the doctor and the staff here will take good care of me.

I called in a week ago and spoke with Sonya, a familiar sounding voice from a past visit 3 years…read moreago for my ankle. I had told her I had hurt my arm and it felt like the surgery I had from a past associated Dr., Dr. Kelly, had re torn itself. I told her I was in a lot of pain. She told me to get a referral from my primary. So I did and had an appointment today @9:30am. I arrived @9:20am, did the self check in Kiosk inputting an 8 as my pain level, sat down, and was called by Lorita. The first thing she asked was where is your pain. I said in my arm and before I could say shoulder, she said to me was I might want to check my insurance, because your doctor put shoulder pain on the referral. I tried to explain to her there was pain in both areas and she actually said the insurance won't cover it. I asked why can't I see the dr because it didn't make sense (I'm one to do every step correctly) but her attitude was aggressive. Nicholas came over and explained that the bicep and shoulder connects so there can be pain in the shoulder from a bicep tear. Lorita did not like the fact Nicholas corrected her. I saw it all over her face as she kept turning back to another office associate. I mean I'm a customer and returning client, why was I treated this way. I became upset because Lorita then back tracked and said she didn't say what she said about the arm. I asked to speak with Sonya and she said she was on the phone. 15 minutes later Sonya hands me a packet to fill out. She said I haven't been there in 10 years, when in actually I was there less than 3 years ago for an ankle injury but she didn't want to hear it because I was trying to explain to her how rude the front desk Lorita was. It took me about 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I stood at the window, I knocked politely, hoping that the situation was over. I stood there and heard talking. Then two gentlemen came to the window and said they were going to refer me to another orthopedic dr. One was Nicholas, who was amazing during this whole situation, and Alex, who I would say tried his best to handle a situation which was a he said /she said and he has to work with Lorita. I knew to not to argue at this point, so I just asked for there names because Lorita was no where to be found. I'm confused why when I was confronted with misinformation from Lorita, I chose to question it, and rather than properly explain it, she got more aggressive and said that she never said the previous misinformation. I believe now a days it's called gaslighting. Her communication made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I'm already at a 8 pain level as I inputted in the digital check in. Now I have to find a new orthopedic, on my plan, that takes my insurance, get another referral from my primary, and then make another appointment with a different orthopedic. If I have a potential bicep tendon tear or tear of my shoulder, time is of the essence. Needless to say I will never go back to this office. I believe the Dr. is only as good as his staff because he chose them. If he doesn't handle his office detail, how would he handle a patients details.

I wrote a review years ago and it disappeared, so this is long overdue…read more I think I first saw Dr Fletcher in 2017 after I fell off of a table at school and injured my arm. I saw him a year or so later when I had, again, fallen at work and injured my knee. At that time, I joked about being "clumsy" and having had broken/injured many body parts (foot, ankle, knee, ribs, hand, ulna, shoulder, skull). Although all my doctors knew of my previous injuries, Dr. Fletcher was the very first one to state that it was not normal to have so many falls. I though he was joking when he referred me to my first neurologist, Dr. Bruce Barton (great, but just retired.) I had been noticing that I was getting much weaker on one side with more obvious symptoms appearing and drastically affecting my functionality. 30+ doctors either dismissed my complaints or prescribed another do-nothing-but-make-me-sick medication. After a many brain/spine scans, it was discovered that I have an exceedingly rare (NORD -national organization for rare disorders) and progressive neurological problem. After 265 appointments with multiple surgeons/specialists in 18 months, I now have some sort of plan. Fast forward and I am no longer able to work, but thankfully kept seeing Dr. Fletcher with more falling injuries. I had a very painful, torn knee meniscus and he fixed me up beautifully! (I could finally get some exercise with 4 stable points of contact on a stationary bike.) I still use a cane for walking when dizziness is extreme. This year, after so many previous falls onto my shoulder, it was hurting 24/7 and would keep me awake with spasms. I tried physical therapy and cortisone shots, but I was so tired from sleep-deprivation that I was tripping more frequently. I am 3 weeks into Dr. Fletcher's rotator-cuff repair, and I can already feel a difference. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for finding Dr. Fletcher and his office of incredibly kind staff. After my experience these past few years, I know that a great, friendly staff makes any visit more pleasurable. Dr. Fletcher - my hero. Took 60 years, hundreds of doctors and dozens of surgeries for him to send me to the right person. He did a FABULOUS job on my knee and I'm now healing from his shoulder work. He is a Board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon who was recommended by an ex who worked in orthopedic surgery throughout the tri-county area. His words were, "He cares. He takes his time to do the best thing for the patient." This was not something he said often. Sonja - Scheduler - always friendly and very helpful Rita - check-in; always pleasant; always returns calls Kisha - nurse here forever - you have got to love this woman who is ALWAYS upbeat Janet - newer to office - same positive vibes as Kisha Kayla - check-out; always a kind word from this young lady Helen - records - you don't need to ask anything twice. Prompt and friendly. Walle - surgical , will call you back for any questions. Casey - tech, always helpful

However, it never happened because even after two weeks of back and forth with front office (Aleya), I finally get an appt. only to come the day of my appt and find out that they moved to a different location. I was never told or made aware of the new location, I just called to let them know why I'm not at my appointment but no answer and I'm still waiting on a call back.. I haven't even been called from their end to check where I am for my appointment. Also, they rarely pick up the phone and if they do, they put you on hold right away & I've stayed holding for over 10min with them before, it's just not worth it, I feel like they made my pain on my neck worse with the way they handled this. If you've read this far and know of a much better place where they actually care and attend to their patients, pls share because this place is NOT it.
