I am a new patient who took the home sleep test, however after 5-6 days no one contacted me with…read morethe results. Tried to call my local Advent office, but could only reach a call center in WI. Actually I couldn't reach them because I received a recorded message to leave my phone number and I would get a call back within 24 hours. This system is terrible, why cant I just call my local office directly without going to a Wisconsin call center. Talk about impersonal service!

I was referred by my primary Dr and at first everything seemed great. I had a CT scan that showed…read moremy nasal passage was narrow and showed inflammation. They recommended a turbinate reduction and ballon sinuplasty. After a few weeks I was getting better air flow through one side but not the other in fact I wasn't getting any air through the one side. I mentioned this on my 6 week post op and the PA said that was due to my septum deviation and the bump out blocking my air way. She said if they were to shave it down that would solve it and I could talk to the Surgeon at 12 weeks. I scheduled an appointment with the Dr after waiting 30 min in the room he came in and said sorry I went in to the wrong room... I told him what the PA told me would fix my issue, he told me how much he hates surgery and recommended a different procedure an ablation and another turbinate reduction. I scheduled that and 1 week post op the office manager says the Dr tried calling you 2 days after your procedure he forgot to do the ablation did you get his message. I said no I didnt receive any phone call from anyone that day and showed her my phone, she said oh I wonder who he called... she said we'll you already paid so you can skip the procedure and we can refund you or we can schedule another day for that procedure. I ended up going back again having another procedure to finish the job that should have been done the first time. Now after 12 weeks post op I'm breathing worse than when I went in the first time. The Dr response was well we did a lot in a sensitive area and it needs more time to heal since it's only been 2 months I had to tell him twice its been 3 months and still he said let's give it another 6 weeks and come back for another $80 appointment no thanks I'm done! I went and got another opinion from a different clinic, that ENT went in with the scope saw my septum and said this should have been a siniplasty to fix my deviation. Im now scheduled for a surgery to fix it with this ENT. Thanks for wasting my time and money as I had to pay out of pocket! I wont ever go back and I wont recommend them to anyone! Mysteriously the PA that told me I needed surgery to start with doesnt seem to work there anymore.

They sold my "debt" to a collection agency after I more than paid in full, after they didn't…read moreproperly bill my insurance. Never answer the phone, never return phone calls or letters in bill payments sent by mail. They have not spelled their name correctly as it should read "Lose Sleep by being Victimized by this Institute of Theft." Not Good. The two star score, "Meh, I've experienced better" doesn't quite fit as the CPAP supply store situation is absolutely dismal in Southeast Wisconsin. Frankly, I haven't experienced better. But it is certainly not "A-OK" at the three star level. The CPAP2Go fiefdom rules from this castle (metaphorically, actually it's designed as a very peaceful serene garden like setting inside with an actual garden on the outside of the inside), but that doesn't mean there's any centralized organization. Their record keeping is regrettable. I usually go to the CPAP2Go location in Pewaukee even though it's a half hour drive for me from home because I have a part time job in the area and the CPAP supply choices in Milwaukee are horrifying. As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, when those of us who suffer from sleep apnea are considered more at risk, this location couldn't locate records from the Pewaukee location. They shut down the Pewaukee location temporarily. The result is to get supplies while we're not getting paid at our jobs is that they can't bill insurance from this location so we have to buy the life supporting replacement equipment on a credit card. I'm pretty sure this isn't even guileless corporate profiteering, it's just shoddy record keeping and poorly paid low level front line workers with no discretion allowed. The workers I've met here, like at Pewaukee have been nice, so that makes the place better than the dreaded Ho'Medical (what a name, do only sluts with breathing problems shop there?" or CPAP SnoreNoMore ( THE WORST) where they aren't even polite. The place is really nice, it's one of the most pleasant waiting rooms I've ever waited in. But for the love of Mike I don't know why it's so hard to just keep proper records of long-term regular patients and get into a routine of billing insurance properly, pandemic or not. For some of us, these are life or death conditions.

Worst most unprofessional place I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. First off, decor looks…read morelike a funeral home. Even with an appt, expect to wait at least an hour. Staff unfriendly. AND YOU CAN NEVER REACH THEM BY PHONE. They never call you back. Study was done in November 2019. Got the bill months later with no breakdown as to the charges: what insurance paid. After 2 weeks of calling finally got statement in March 2020. Paid in full. It's 4/22 and I constantly get phonecalls/mailings - that bill is overdue. Called them twice - no response. I am mailing them a copy of my bank statement along with a letter. Also reporting them to the State. I'd NEVER recommend this place. Absolutely horrible.
