This is an independent practice where the medical staff is focused on you, the patient, rather than bureaucracy. I've had several in office procedures which Dr. Davidson might have done in another facility but kindly opted to perform in office to be conscious of my budget and health care coverage at the time. These procedures have always gone very well, I felt well supported during my aftercare and all issues were thoroughly explained throughout my care. Dr. Davidson and her staff take impressively extensive notes at each visit and clearly review them before you return so that they are able to ask relevant questions about your life, family, career, etc. I've read other reviews regarding the front desk staff being curt - this has never been an issue for me. I hopefully say that I see my own attitude reflected in the service I receive from Ms M but whether or not this is the case, I have always received kind, empathetic and good humored care throughout this office. It's patient care worth waiting for, without question.

One thing that I really appreciated was that she did an ultrasound prior to placement to make sure the sizing is right as a nulliparous female (not many offices do that!) Yearlies are a breeze- their office always makes notes of not only medical concerns but also just your social life in general so that when you visit in 12 months they can actually remember details about you! I love Dr.Davidson's bedside manner, though it is rather quirky/loud/friendly she makes it very easy to feel comfortable. Now the Cons: There is alllways a long wait at her office. I'm normally there for 2 hrs for a 20 minutes chat the her (yes she actually is in the room for 20 minutes!) Also her front receptionist ranges from outright rude to mildly irritated.

The lady informed me that the mammography tech didn't show up. ?? So if she was not there, why was I allowed to sit there for an hour just to be told she wasn't there? I had to reschedule anyway for March. Someone dropped the ball with communication. I was not very happy.

My insurance notified me Apr. 25th snail mail Medicare does not cover for this or service. Medicare states I am eligible every 2 years. It was how it was billed. Billing has received nothing from the insurance regarding the EOB charge? 6/7th will be 60 days. Billing 1st encounter not available the day working from home? told to wait another week. Going to the OBGYN isn't fun. It's not the sort of thing someone ever *wants* to do. But as far as…read morelady-parts doctors go, Dr. Cline is the best. She has wonderful bedside manner and puts you at ease. She's friendly, smiles a lot, and jokes in a friendly, non-cheesy way. I've had several OBGYN's over the years, both male and female. And Dr. Cline is the sort of doctor that you would be crushed if they retired and would drive an hour out of your way if they moved their practice. She's gentle, which isn't always the case with doctors in this line of work. She makes sure I'm comfortable and takes all the time I need to answer my questions. I selected her when I got pregnant almost 8 years ago and I am so glad I did. She was wonderful throughout my whole pregnancy and eased the innumerable fears of this first-time mother. Her office was great about returning calls and never made me feel like I was calling too often or asking too many questions. When I woke up the morning I went into labor and discovered my water broke (and panicked) they put me at ease. She had to go out of town just hours before I delivered and genuinely seemed to mean it when she said she regretted having to leave, but assured me that the other doctor who would do the delivery was really good and I trusted her. She made a point to talk to my husband as well and reassure him, and I think he might have been more nervous than I was. When I came back in the next week for my checkup she said she was proud to hear how well I did. Which might seem like a silly thing to remember, but I was so pleased that she sincerely took an interest in how my labor went and had asked about me. It's nice to have a doctor that cares so much about her patients. I tend to have to wait a long time in the exam room when I go for yearly check-ups but it's the only negative thing I could ever say about her practice. Her NP is also wonderful and on the rare occasions when Dr. Cline has had to deliver a baby when I'm there I've happily seen her NP instead.

The office staff are basically friendly and knowledgable…read more Dr. Asdell seemed nice and professional during the one time I saw her. The other medical assistants / nurses seemed professional as well. My only big problem with this practice is that after I lost my insurance, I went in for a yearly exam. I told them this and hoped they would sympathize and work with me. Not only did I get billed for the full amount, they also billed me extra for a VERY brief discussion and/or medical inquiry I had with the nurse during the exam at the time. I thought it was not cool to bend me over and nickel and dime me to the hilt. They were a bit difficult in working with me as far as payment options. Just when I thought I had received the whole bill, I got billed for even more. That portion of the bill (of which I was I was unaware of for quite some time), ended being sent to my old address for some reason; even though they clearly had my new address. I finally figured it out after I started getting phone calls from a collection agency ! Needless to say, I was extremely disgusted and upset. Never did they inform me of their billing procedures (or even offer a discount to me because I didn't have insurance) before I utilized their services. It seems I learned a little too late after the fact - that they never had that courtesy or policy in place. I also have learned after my experience with them that there are plenty of doctors offices/practices who are willing to work with their patients as far as their payment option(s) go. I left the practice due to their billing and poor general business ethics. This really comes down to the executive rules / determinations and billing decisions put forth by the doctors of the practice. I can not fault the front office staff/admin or other medical providers etc: nurses. This would only exclude the one nurse who insisted on socking it to me and billing me for a medical inquiry (NOT procedure) I had. After all was said and done, I learned a lesson the hard way. I will always ask what any doctor's office's billing and payment policy is from now on BEFORE I patronize their service(s). I have since found a very good and fair practice that fulfills all of my needs to my utmost satisfaction.

The lady seemed like she was having a bad day and the energy rubbed off on me. While doing the ultrasound she didn't say a word on how things looked or how things worked. Doctor was nice even thought she said I could possibly be having a miscarriage she was very sympathetic. After getting my blood drawn nobody directed us to the exit so we walked around in a circle until someone noticed. Just bad vibes in the office, being my first child I thought it would be special but it wasn't... later in the day I had a miscarriage and called the nurse she compared it to a period. The pain was far from period pain and told me to watch for tissue.. All in all it was just a horrible day finding out I lost a baby a day after my birthday. I will never forget this day. I just wish I had warm welcomes from the staff and nurses it would've made my day a little better. I'd suggest going to Johnson's women's care group or somewhere else. Because everyone's energy definitely rubbed off on me.
