Dr Khadrah, saved my life! Two weeks ago I was having a divaticular bleeding episode. I went to the…read morehospital 3 times. Finally I was admitted and met with the doctor on Saturday. He has been my doctor since I relocated to Florida last year. I have had this problem for almost 10 years and it got to the point that the doctors in Boston wanted to remove my colon completely. Since I had stopped have the problem for a year and a hall I opted not to have the surgery and since I had so many colonoscopies and they never resolved the problem I had become reluctant to have any more. The doctors always wanted to wait until I stopped bleeding before the pro-formed the colonoscopy. How ridicules how can you see where someone is bleeding if they had stopped bleeding. Well since Dr Khadrah had never seen the inside of my colon, I agreed to the colonoscopy. He scheduled it for the next day, Sunday. He told me that in the 26 years of his practice he had only successfully found the source of the bleeding 3 times while the colon was still bleeding. Well now he can say he found the source of the bleeding 4 times. As I said before he saved my life. Of course he was flying blind because I was still bleeding massively but he was relentless and his scope traveled the entire length of my colon and he fought the source of my massive bleeding. He was able to use 6 clips to stop the bleeding. This is a doctor that goes the extra mile. He later told me that before the colonoscopy he prayed that I would survive.

He was exceptionally polite and had a fun conversation. The staff is also friendly. The nurse that saw me and took my weight and blood pressure was super cool. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a specialty doctor in this field. About the office. The office was clean the waiting room seemed about spotless. Bathrooms were clean. Outside in the parking lot it was clean as well.

4 Stars - Pre-op appointment review…read more I chose this office because of the referral from my primary doctor. I arrived on time and signed in. I waited a few minutes before I was called to finalize the check-in (pay the co-pay). After another, longer wait, Jasmine called my name and walked me to the examination room. She was personable and engaging in collecting and inputting required information. After Jasmine finished, I waited 10+ minutes for Dr Reddy, and passed a portion of the time by educating myself using the interactive wall computer screen. Dr. Reddy asked questions to clarify my reason for getting a colonoscopy and explained the process at a high level. He gave me opportunity to ask questions, and then walked me to the scheduling desk. Alex (of scheduling fame I have to believe) was the star of my visit. He provided all the prep details and worked out a solution for the pending change in my insurance provides. Alex was very knowledgeable, confident, and personable, and left me with a very favorable impression of the office.

After hour and a half waiting, I asked the front des young lady if the is normal that long waiting, instead of trying to find out why it was happening, she jus asked with a cold face, "do you want to reschedule your appointment?" like we don't matter to them "is like saying "come again to waste your time" I was referred by my primary Dr. to this place, I don't have any complain about the Dr since I didn't even see him, I left fuming and very upset for the stupid attitude of the young Gen Z lady at the front desk, of course I will look for another Dr. to see if I have better luck. All this for the lack of professionalism of that young lady.

I've been coming to this practice for some years now. The staff has always been helpful and kind…read more Check-in is usually quick and easy. The overall standard of care that I've received has always been pretty good. I've never really had a bad experience. My mother has also come to this facility (as I believe so has my brother). We've all really had good experiences here. I went in last week for a quick consult before a routine endoscopy that I'll be receiving later this month. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly to me. She went over my expectations/tasks as a patient to prepare for the endoscopy. I felt seen and heard. I left the office very confident that I would be in trusted hands. As far as the facility itself goes, it is a bit more outdated in comparison to some newer facilities; however, for the most part, it has a decent amount of seating. It is usually ALWAYS packed / busy. So, parking can get a little full; however, there is on-street parking all around. The facility is as clean as one can expect of any facility, really. All in all, I definitely appreciate the care I've received here and will continue to go here for any of my GI needs.

The administration at this office is abysmal. Getting a first patient appointment is impossible…read more Their appointment setting software is painfully difficult & just doesn't work. I went to another provider, Orando Gastroenterology & got right in. And people wonder why the US healthcare system is so bad. Here is a glaring example.
