My partner has been suffering from sciatica flare-ups and has been in pain stemming from an old injury. We came in on 12/22 for his first adjustment. After an initial exam where my range of motion was tested and I was asked about the locations of my discomfort, they recommended I do a little bit of trigger point therapy and spend some time on their roller table. I was also given some pointers on stretches I could do at home and alterations to my sleeping habits that would help to improve my pain. It seemed to be much more conservative, but also thought out, than the typical "chiropractors crack your back" type reputation. While I was skeptical, I noticed that the work did help and I felt better. It became a tool in my arsenal to keep myself healthy and happy.
