There is an extremely long wait time in order to speak with a nurse: 30+ minutes. As i am explaining my issue to the nurse the MD was in the background yelling out orders/instructions to the nurse who then relayed to me: still not resolving the issue. Several phone calls were made to the Orchard Park office and issue has still yet to be resolved due to lack of follow up and proper communication. Staff was not pleasant to say the least. Will not recommend this office or other 2 locations to any of my patients.

She's been places where they have openly shown amazement. But she had a very pleasant experience here. They were kind, professional and efficient. The Dr I believe Dr Styn was phenomenal! He inquired on how she was he took his time and explained everything he felt she should know. He was very personable and professional. I will admit her apt was at 11 and she didn't get called in for at least an hour after arrival. Once called there is another waiting area before being seen. They have an area to select glasses if interested, but it was a bit congested Based on the professionalism of the nurse and Dr the wait didn't bother me. I was very happy that ny daughter left not feeling ashamed or embarrassed.

I made a negative comment online about their billing practices, I will soon contacted by the billing supervisor and was told I was build an error. And that I would owe nothing. In March of 2026 I received another bill for $255. I contacted them again and was told they had no record of me being told that. Do not deal with these liars and money grubbing bastards. I don't care how good they are it's not worth being lied to and have money extorted from you.

I have had five of my…read moreappointments canceled at the Niagara Falls Retina specialist office in the past year, usually because he's taking the day off and recently he's taking the week off. when they give you another appointment, it's usually months down the road, instead of fitting you in and moving other appointments around. I feel when you have a serious eye condition like AMD It should be watched closely. Not sure what's going on with him, but I finally had enough and scheduled with another doctor. Unless he has an illness of his own, I don't feel that his patients take priority over his own personal life.

Dr Paul Lee performed emergency surgery on me for retina detachment. Faced with sudden loss of…read morevision was certainly disconcerting and Dr Lee diagnosed my detachment and presented options and risks in a most thorough and professional manner. I opted for immediate injection of a gas bubble in the affected eye. This was followed by 3 sessions of laser surgery needed to weld the retina back in place. It as not comfortable to remain still in an upright position for a month as instructed by the good doctor, but I am sure glad I did! After 6 weeks and 3 surgeries my vision is returning to normal. I am indebted to Dr Lee for his demeanor, expertise and skillful treatments. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!
