The staff behind the desk is really caring and helpful, especially the office manager Edgar who always makes the effort to make sure I receive all the help I need. The lady who helps with referrals is really top notch and dependable. I had a crazy year of health issues and am grateful that I had this office to help me. Well functioning establishment that offers great care.

I've emailed them back since oct/23 or earlier and only had me back and forth until completely ignored. I came here knowing exactly what I wanted to test for and as for results I got a lousy typed email stating my results came in normal, cholesterol, and vitamin blah blah blah and needing regular exercise..... this is insane, this is nothing but a general response, even through a zoom meeting I was not able to get any hard evidence of my results. They managed to find a template for mold testing by quest diagnostics and entered my data in, same template I googled and came across reading all the horrible reviews other people go through. I didn't pay for someone to tell me I need to exercise when I already do, I need the results I paid for, I didn't give blood, urine, time and money for the wrong to no results. I went in person to speak with the Main doctor -Kristen vardanyan and she couldn't even read the results or knew what to tell me other than reaching out to the lab and see what they said but from here on out it's been radio silence and also sent another email today with no reply. They probably lost my test as it has happened to other people. They make money by ripping you off in consultation and sending you to another clinic for blood work/testing. They had me waiting about 2 hours after my consultation because they didn't know what to charge me and instead of getting the discount they tried getting for me, it ended up costing more. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere as you won't get anything, I want my refund or my results!!

Didn't offer WiFi or the contact number for my insurance carrier. Just... sat there. Didn't offer to look up my account, didn't offer to get my connected to my insurance carrier, didn't offer to have me fill out paperwork while they handled it either. I asked for the number and she gave it to me. I walked out to call my carrier, gave her the insurance number. I was brought back after a few minutes (my appointment time was skipped over because of the odd standoff up front). The nurse or PA was quite diligent with his forceful, commanding instructions. Albeit, he was very, very clear on where to turn down the hallway and what door to walk through and what chair to sit in. Would I have been more entertained by his mannerisms had I not had such a bizarre time up front? I don't know if I can honestly answer that. He refused to call me by my middle name, the name I go by. The name on my identity cards, the name on my account even. I decide to explain why I'm frustrated after my experience up front, and apologized for my intensity upon walking in, to which he argued with me about literally every single word that came out of my mouth. Every. Single. Word. Granted, I wasn't the kindest about my front counter experience. I gave him the information he asked for, offered to give him whatever data he couldn't pull up on the computer. Previous bloodwork, ultrasounds etc. then Blood pressure vitals taken etc. I apologize AGAIN and he proceeds to holler at me for the name argument. Telling me I'm arguing with him and he hollers as he storms out of the room. Look... I'm scared. I'm a at specialist because I need a specialist to help me. I don't need front desk to be rude. Complacent. Unhelpful at best. Then the nurse or P.A. To be condescending at unbelievably argumentative. I left without being seen by Dr Tavanaei (don't even know if that's the doctor seeing me because I can't read the name written out on my paperwork they gave me). Now I have to go back to the drawing board and find a nephrologist to see if I'm, you know, dying or something. But hey, so glad that dude feels powerful putting me in my place and the front desk ladies got their job handled. Also... they should inform their patients that their parking garage is cash only.
