Then they told me the sent me a text that I had 90 days to use the credits. In those subsequent appointment they never told me I would lose my credits or gave me a reminder. I believe this was on purpose. I pleaded with the manager but they refused to help me or make things right. I left a message with Hand & Stone head office in Pennsylvania. I have yet to hear back from them. I lost $300 worth of credits! They could have done something to help me but now I'll never go back and I'll warn everyone. Beware of this place.
