I have been going to a chiropractor for 30 years and never heard of annual service contracts. They were also double billing insurance for extra services I never even heard of. His one time visits increased from $50 to $120 for 2 different types of manipulations and an additional physical therapy. Office staff pushed me over to billing manager. Trying to reach a person in billing was nearly impossible. Once I finally reached the billing manager she said they were going to refund back what I paid in excess of insurance. Multiple calls. Nothing. Please tell your kids to stay away.
