The lady running the front desk is very rude and likes to make comments that shouldn't be said out…read moreloud. Plus when she's on the phone you can hear everything she's saying to patients which should be private. And then when she gets off the phone, she'll then complain about that patient. Does she think there's an invisible sound-proof wall between her and everyone else? She is highly unprofessional. No matter how much pain I'm in I will never set foot in another Phoenix Rehabilitation center ever again.
