I think about how the most effective treatments come from the ones who genuinely care because they have been where you are. Not the ones who look down on you for being scum and just there to take your money. They are no different than a drug dealer. They are just that they are legally selling you drugs. Dr Greg Jones is no different and has never dealt with addiction. He is there to take your money and could care less about your struggles or needs. The worst of the worst! Upon my first visit with him and knowing nothing about me he made accusations towards me that were improper and defamed other Doctors calling them by name(Saying he's doesn't write any prescriptions a patient ask for like them) in the rural area of Alabama where I live. Unacceptable and unprofessional. So he takes my money for the visit, then tells me he doesn't feel comfortable writing me certain prescriptions because he thinks I am selling them to buy other illicit drugs. Then he goes on to call ut 6 Doctors by name abd telling me he's not like them, He doesn't write those prescriptions. When he should've said Im sorry but I can't treat you and I will refund your money before you leave. He's perfectly ok with taking my money and sending me out without treatment at all. I have receiving from another physician in his office for the last 6 months and was on a successful path to recovery. Unacceptable and quiet stupid for him to think I wouldn't have the guts to call him on it. Well Doc, I hope you enjoy reading this review forever. The quality of care is all over the scale. Some staff will provide good care on some days and on…read moreother days not so much. They are definitely short-staffed. I don't know the exact Resident-to-CNA ratio, but I know it's too high. The same goes for nursing. I also don't know how many RN's they have, but I do know the DON is overworked and it's easy to see gets very little if any cooperation from administration. In the 2 years my Mother has been there, they have gone through 4 DON's. Admin ran off the best one I've seen them have, for lack of support & cooperation. Back to care. I don't think I've ever been when my Mother wasn't wet. They are supposed to check them every 2 hours. I've been there 5 hours before, without a single person coming in her room. The food is horrible. I had to beg to get Mother a peanut butter & jelly sandwich at lunch everyday. Then they got lazy and went to those frozen "Crustables." I didn't realize Mother wasn't eating them until I found 2 in the basket on her walker and 4 in the drawer of her nightstand. I told them they were wasting their money. I asked for soup at dinner, but it never happened. They have this "always available for meals" menu, but it's a joke. I've asked for chicken tenders for Mother, which is one of the items. They were out. I've got to wrap this up, but recently she was allowed to, unnecessarily, get very sick. Requiring them to send her to the ER, which turned into a 10 day hospital stay. She is no longer at this facility.

They made his son buy his own bed and later was found that they never put anything to cover the mattress leading to bed sores and skin sticking to the bed and pulled away from his body. I wish I could leave negative stars and petition to have this place condemned. My poor uncle had to call 911 to have him removed and treated in the CCU but it was too late. My complaint is with the owner, Mike Ellis, a physical therapist who will not wear a mask while…read moreworking with clients. I have no bone to pick with the quality of the physical therapy given at ProImpact. But I had to argue with this healthcare provider about the need for him to wear a mask. Consequently, I decided not to return and to take my business where I felt safe. He said that he had already been infected by Covid and had antibodies, and thus didn't need to mask up. This shows a basic misunderstanding of the way the virus is transmitted from person to person. He could be carrying the virus and be asymptomatic but pass it along to others. This is science, not opinion. I hope that he will agree to abide by the governor's mandate and wear a mask in the future when working with his clients, for their sake.
