I struggled through the weekend but called them first thing Monday and they got me in at 10am. From the moment I limped in everyone was pleasant (A+++ Customer care). After checking in, completing the paperwork and getting X-ray's, I was introduced to Dr. Weber who listened to my concerns and immediately identified what my problem could be, fast forward I had my first adjustment, I could tell an immediate different, went back Wednesday and I had even more relief and now today Friday I went back for another adjustment and OMG!!!! This place is the real deal! From the front desk staff to Dr. Weber, I am was treated with care and I am happy to say I can walk (which is saying a lot, I was in so much pain and could barely walk Monday). Thank you all so much!!! Don't hesitate to trust Hart Spine & Rehab with whatever you're going in for! I highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Kathy is one of the most knowledgeable people I know, and she genuinely cares about her patients. We received a call asking if we could come in any earlier. We asked what time. They said an hour…read moreearly so we said sure. We showed up to see two qualified individuals behind the desks but you had to get carpal tunnel checking in where they ask the same questions again and again. Finally I had enough and asked the lady to sign me in which she referred me to the machine, but then checked and apparently it signed us in somewhere along the line. Then we were give a tablet to answer even more questions. After 40 minutes passed in the lobby I asked are we being seen today? "oh he's running a tad behind, but you are next." So why did they even want us to show up earlier?!? It is not like I asked to come in earlier and you were doing me a solid. YOU called me. No way you suddenly get 40 minutes behind. This is horrible customer service and time management on their part. We waited 50 minutes before be called. Then we went to our very own waiting room (room that doctor may eventually come to). Waited there for about 15 minutes before they came in to do one thing. That's right, we waited more than an hour to do anything. So if we kept our original appointment time we would have been seen about 5 minutes after checking in instead of 65 minutes. This is why they teach Algebra in school. If a doctor is running a "tad" late...then no you should not ask people to come in earlier. But once the doctor saw us he quickly assessed and treated the patient and let them be for a few minutes and came back to ensure that they were all good and the issue was in fact fixed. He answered all our questions and was great. So 1 star for the staff who called us in early despite the doctor being behind schedule and for the ridiculous wait, but 5 stars to the doctor.

I saw he had several compliments, wish I saw that Dr. Howell. I found him to be dismissive, since my X-ray didn't show damage. He did not listen to my concerns. He gave a cursory, at best, examination. My knee has been giving out and I have fallen to the ground because of it. He offered no solution, until I brought issue up again. Then offered a brace. I have some health issues...allergic to the contrast dye for a CT scan and have an internal device that was not sure if I could have an mri. He then told me he didn't know what he could do for me. I had expected him to give me a thorough assessment and discuss possible issues instead of dismissing me.

I love that they have to cover all expenses with me BEFORE providing services, in case I decided my back wasn't worth the cost.... but the price range was well within what my back is worth. I started out with adjustments once a week, but as I got better, THEY reduced the number of times I came in, so they aren't just running me through for my money. Later, I fell and hurt my knee. Urgent care took my insurance's money for the x-ray and tetnus shot, then prescribed ibprofen without ever even touching my knee. My own PCM took two weeks to see me and said come back if it doesn't get better. Again, willing to pay money for my own health, I went back to Dr. Taylor who actually touched my knee and recognized it needed an adjustment, which he made; in and out in 20 minutes. We scheduled two week follow ups, but he told me to come back sooner if not continuing to improve. Today Dr. Taylor was out, so I saw Dr. Whitehead, who first asked if I was comfortable seeing him. Not the most comfortable adjustment, but he really dug into my leg today and actually moved things around and I was immediately stronger, all for the very reasonable price of an adjustment, which also included some nice work on my back and neck.

However it is not listed on their website nor Apple Maps so I assumed they were open 8-5 as listed. I don't understand why someone needs to request time off work to visit a chiropractor. I also didn't like that she then said, "we are pretty much appointment only" then lock the doors and say you are closed for lunch and change everything to say appointment only. Providers like this make it a circus act to get seen and I'm tired of it. Customer service needs work.
