We contacted Mike and told him about the problem and have never heard back. Now we are finding out they installed the pavers over an exposed wire and that wire is now arcing and causing water pump to fail. It is also a fire concern at this point. They were paid top dollar and did a sloppy, unprofessional and now very-costly-to-repair job. Don't hire. Move on!!!

(send me a PM and I'll tell you which pool company NOT to hire). But I digress. Don came out to look at the yard and quoted us within a few days. No, they were not the cheapest as I had five separate companies come out, but they are, by far, the most responsive and helpful of the five companies who quoted us. That said, they gave us a date to start the work, and each day they were at our home at 7:15 on the dot and left at 5:00 pm each night. They were respectful of our home and brought their own garbage bags to remove their trash each evening. We had a retaining wall built, which our pool company swore we did not need, and they did our deck as well as our pool and spa coping. They hand-cut the stone every day and then went around each evening to recheck and readjust to be sure it laid properly. They were perfectionists through and through. Don called daily to ensure our happiness with the job and his people. WHO DOES THAT?? Certainly not our pool company. Hell, we never knew who would show up from day to day! But again, I digress! I will finish as I started...HIRE THEM! You get what you pay for and then some!! Pictures below!

We asked a friend who owns an irrigation supply business who to call & he said these guys were the best. By the 3rd day, he had it all working perfectly. Greg & Jamie were extremely competent, polite, knowledgeable, reliable, and just all around good guys. Horrible service . They will ask for the job to be paid upfront when it's not even started on yet…read more Paying for a service upfront that is not completed is asking to be taken advantage of. Kevin was very disrespectful and told me I was a red flag because I expressed I was wary of that .. I also was told on multiple occasions he would tell me the square footage of the yard that needed to be re-sodded, but that took weeks as they would not stop by the property when they said they would to measure. He would tell me they would come to the house to complete the work and would never even show up. I will never refer them to anyone , nor will I ever use their business again.

We hired Kevin and his company to resolve a drainage issue that had previously been located under a large foundation of a house that was being renovated. It was almost impossible to correct the problem so he suggested a new drainage system be installed to prevent the flooding that we were dealing with every time it rained. He removed a large area of old pavers , installed a new system and repaved with new pavers as well as redoing a retaining wall by enlarging it by several feet. Th finished job was beyond what we could have expected. We even had him back to repave another area and then again to put in another drainage system on the other side of the house. The value of our property was greatly enhanced with these additions! The work was prompt and and the invoices that were provided were detailed and Kevin reviewed all work with us. Hire this company!

Clint is a great listener, and worked diligently to make sure I got what I wanted. He took the time to take pictures of plants to make sure he achieved the vision I had for my yard. If I didn't like a plant he suggested, he would go back to the drawing board until I had exactly what I wanted. He and his team are punctual, polite, and hard workers. They had my entire yard done within a day. Clint also noticed a problem in my yard with my irrigation system and took it upon himself to fix it, with no charge to me. That's not something you see often! I will continue to use Turf Tailors and think anyone who uses them will be pleased with the work. Five Stars in my opinion!
