I was quoted $6500 and he would put a crew together and get to work. What actually happened is he and another guy moved some tiles and cleaned out the valleys. It took them less than an hour. They left water all over my windows and debris all over my plants and the front of my house, and then they just left. For $6500 this was a complete rip off. When I questioned Ken about the excessive cost for an hours worth of work and no repairs provided, he stated, that he was just really good at his job.... A roofer that expects $3250/hr is absolutely unreasonable.
