This particular outing I was attempting to utilize a reward that I earned and learned the online rules differed than from walk in and order in store. That lead to a misunderstanding of the order by associate and only half the order was presented upon pickup. Associate quickly acknowledged the error and miss and quickly within 5mins corrected. She was very pleasant and indeed reacted and addressed as an associate should have. All in all I would still order and pickup from this location, but next time if I get a similar reward, I might do as mentioned and walking to validate vs trying to be proactive and order in advance online prior, if the same issue error occurs. Even worse, after I texted the store letting them know they should notify customers when an order arrives instead of leaving it baking in the sun, they magically called 10 minutes later to tell me it had been delivered.
