I also love the friendly staff at the front and the way this studio is organized. I love how roomy the lobby and hallway are as well as the fitness studio. The really cool thing I noticed about this studio are the treadmills. They must be the newest OTF treadmills I've ever seen cause they are a different font and they tell you how much incline you've done during your workouts. I loved that feature. They also have roughly 17 spots on each group. Bigger than my studio of 13 per group. Very popular place to be during spring break so schedule your workouts early!

Luckily, I was able to find Florida Fitness Coaches, which offers both group classes and individualized training sessions. The group training sessions are a great introduction to working out and getting a routine--and the classes are relatively small, so you're still getting that 1:1 attention. The individualized personal training sessions are amazing, and you can really feel the benefits quickly! I feel much stronger from the program, and have worked with the trainers (Mara & Chris) to get a better nutritional diet. Definitely check them out if you need any personal training, you won't regret it!

Boot camp Naples requested Dr orders , I sent twice the Dr certificate and they never recognizes to me any time loss for my inability. And Smash Fitness met all my iron needs. clean facility, top-tier equipment, and a layout that makes every workout efficient and enjoyable. Whether you're lifting heavy, hitting cardio, or doing functional training, they've got everything you need. Quite spacious with separated areas for Leg equipment/squat platforms, glute area, and even a separate floor for boxing & a posing room. Had a hell of a workout on my visit at Smash Fitness. Would certainly come back on my next visit and hit different muscle groups

Employee did not follow policy by giving me proper paperwork and I have to pay for their negligence. The manager refuses to take responsibility for the screw up on the front desk employees, even though other errors like misspelling my name and saying "I was a previous member at Crunch" (Ive never been a member there), shows a pattern of incompetence. On top of speaking with them over the phone and explaining that I don't live in Florida, they charged me for a 3rd time.

I would be very careful about joining a company that treats customers as if they are not worthy and do not allow you to contact corprate. they are untrustworthy.
