I did enroll in their plan, and every time I go in for a cleaning, that's exactly what I get--a great cleaning for a little over $100 (around $150, if I remember correctly). They don't try to push extra services or unnecessary procedures on you, which is something I truly appreciate. Before being blessed with meeting Dr. Lynch, my mom and I had some terrible experiences with MANY other dentists. More importantly, I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring Dr. Lynch is. Recently, I needed to have four crowns replaced. She had blocked out the entire morning specifically for my procedure. I was so anxious about it the night before that I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely sick with anxiety the next morning. Even so, I went into the office that morning because I wanted to speak with her in person rather than simply calling to cancel. I was fully prepared for her to understandably be upset, especially knowing that she had set aside so much time for me and that I might have to pay a significant amount for the missed appointment. Instead, when I explained how severe my anxiety had been and apologized, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I actually cried a little because I was so touched by her response. I never expected to experience that level of empathy from a dentist. She didn't seem upset with me for even a second. She genuinely seemed to care about what I was going through. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lynch and her team to anyone who is fed up with feeling like they're being sold unnecessary dental work. She truly is one of a kind. Like a lot of other people I had put off dental visits due to COVID and as previous head and neck cancer patient, it was important to find a dentist who understands the effects of radiation on the teeth. Starting with the office staff who assisted me in getting my files from another office to Laurie the hygienist everything went smoothly. Dr Dorociak took a lot of time to discuss and explain what were the priority needs for my dental health so that I didn't feel overwhelmed. Two years and 40 trips plus almost $4,000 is what I had to go through. This bridge that I paid for and wore for 30 months is in pieces. I was told, after I sent them this picture of the broken bridge in pieces, that the lab can repair it, repair?? And also they said it was three years old. Although it wasn't yet three years old I guess they don't expect dentures to last more than three years. It would cost me anywhere from $900 to $1700. 00. I also had the top two teeth separate from the base. The office told me it would coat $175. Per tooth plus the cost of the visit. I would expect the dental practice would stand by the patient and make the lab accountable. And no, I was told, I cannot see Dr. Dorciak. I can come to the office for a fitting. I refuse to give Dr. Dorciak's practice another penny and many more months of my time to have the bridge repaired. I went to another practice. Within two weeks and two trips my bottom bridge was made. They fit perfectly. I went one time had the impression taken and one time to pick the bridge up. This took two weeks and two trips total to the dentist. They also repaired my tooth bridge and no charge. Take my suggestion. Go to another dental practice. Cathy Wood
