We always had the same driver (Andy), who is very punctual, professional, and polite. When I used their services it was for the second part of a two-stage move we had booked another company for the first stage, which was moving our belongings into storage and, as that compnay was booked up on the date of the second stage, we booked RR&C to move everything from the storage into our new flat. RR&C's service was so much better while the driver from the other company was complaining a lot of the time, Andy simply got on with it and the move went without a hitch. When he helped my friend move, it was apparent that he is used to dealing with storage spaces as he expertly stacked everything, making the best use of the space available. The rates are competitive, my friend was really glad that I had recommended them, and I have already booked them for my next move!

The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. The owner is an abusive racist man who…read morefalsely advertises services. We ordered a 'man with a van' and what came was a van much smaller that what we had agreed (which meant we had to do 2 trips), and a man who was old, with back problems. The man was a very kind and we cannot be too critical of him but he was not the right man for the job. We expected someone able bodied and who would be able to perform the job. In the end we did all the heavy lifting ourselves which was disappointing as the quote said we would only have to 'assist' the driver. My girlfriend tried to complain about being sent not what we had agreed to pay for. The owner, Tom Keogh began yelling at her, saying he knew where we lived, and if we didn't pay the full amount he would 'come and get us'. He also mentioned that my girfriend sounded from 'outside of england' so he is also racist. In the end we just paid the full price out of fear for our safety.
