We always had the same driver (Andy), who is very punctual, professional, and polite. When I used their services it was for the second part of a two-stage move we had booked another company for the first stage, which was moving our belongings into storage and, as that compnay was booked up on the date of the second stage, we booked RR&C to move everything from the storage into our new flat. RR&C's service was so much better while the driver from the other company was complaining a lot of the time, Andy simply got on with it and the move went without a hitch. When he helped my friend move, it was apparent that he is used to dealing with storage spaces as he expertly stacked everything, making the best use of the space available. The rates are competitive, my friend was really glad that I had recommended them, and I have already booked them for my next move!

And I must say they arranged simply the best move I had. The staff came and packed everything very carefully and swiftly. I moved from two locations at the same time into one large location in the new country and the furniture had to be there the next day. Everything was there, undamaged, catalogued and in the exact place I instructed them to put things.They even took a photo of the bookshelf in order to arrange the books in the same order upon arrival. They even helped me clearing my car through Swiss customs a few months later for no extra charge. No bureaucracy, no hastle, just the good feeling that everything was in safe hands. Other colleagues had similar stories. My moves since then with other firms have mostly been nightmares. If I ever do another corporate move I will insist on Sterling.

The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!
