They held my first check which was 2 weeks of work and I was in the middle of a pay period (bi-weekly) so 3 weeks of work. They cut my last check for $80. If you want a super high price for not so good work ethic and new hires who don't know what they are doing this is the company for you. If not check out Bio1. They have been taking all the jobs that the new hires are messing up. Sydney the project manager is VERY rude and they commit insurance fraud. They worked 1:30 to 4:30 on Wednesday, showed up at 11:30 am and left at 2:00 on Thursday and worked 10:30 to 12:00 on Friday. The superintendent of the job was not willing to communicate about progress or lack of and spent a lot of time out getting supplies while I waited for him to return. On Thursday when he left to get more supplies (scope of job never changed) he never called or returned; I was forced to stay until 5:00. The tenant's business was waiting to reopen. The owner would not answer or return my phone calls. Baseboard was installed shoddily and bows out from the wall. Owner said he would come and look at the baseboards, but he never did. Would not recommend; the company is taking advantage of the emergency situation and the fact you have no time to obtain quotes. Call another water clean up company and contractor to fix the damage. Also, job was complete on the 9th and we did not get a bill until the 27th; 18 days! It took several phone calls to finally get the bill.

I had originally purchased a Groupon with another duct cleaning company (NM Quality Air...not a…read moregood experience- see review) so I didn't really have high expectations. However, a Living Social deal (I think) came up for this company and I thought I'd give them a try- they couldn't possibly be as bad as the last attempt at duct cleaning. No, seriously. Not possible. I did have my reservations because the name was so similar and thought it might have been the same company who switched their name around but that wasn't the case. When the guy arrive he explained that they'd been receiving a lot of people concerned about that very thing (and it very obviously wasn't the same company even looking at their website). Anywho, I scheduled an appointment and they arrived right on time. None of this "we'll be there between 8 and noon" and then calling at noon to say they're running 2 hours late. Nope. Not with these guys. They were professional, in uniform, and very polite. They got to work quickly and even found some blockages (cardboard) in our vents that had been put up in certain rooms that we didn't know about. They did show me areas where there might be some mildew (like the bathrooms from lack of circulation) and they tried to upsell me. I didn't think it was really high pressure and I expected it anyway- that's how they make money on these special deals. When I declined, they didn't push the issue. They showed me the furnace filter and gave me the replacement size and showed me that it was only one that was good for about 3 months and not adequate for the whole winter. They didn't pressure me at all to buy from them and said I could easily go to Lowe's or wherever and find new ones to replace regularly during the winter. They seemed to finish rather quickly (about 1.5 hours if I remember correctly) which seemed a bit faster than I expected. Obviously I can't get into the vents and inspect in depth, my allergies haven' t been nearly as bad and the airflow throughout the summer and now winter seems a bit better. Unfortunately I cannot attest to the carpet cleaning skills as I didn't have that service performed. I'd recommend waiting for a deal on Groupon or Living Social but overall, much more professional than other companies (NM Quality Air).

They did an absolutely terrible job on my carpets - they didn't even get out most stains, and they said they "couldn't" move furniture - not even super light lamps/end tables etc. So we rushed around trying to move these things for them so they'd get most of the carpets. Trust me, this stuff was not heavy or difficult to move. What's worse is that one of the guys kept trying to sell me add-on services for the duct cleaning.. like a bogus-sounding "antibacterial/antirust" treatment at an exhorbitant price. Plus they wanted to clean/tune up my furnace (at a very high price) and sell me a permanent filter. It really seemed like it was all a ploy to make more money. I give them two stars because they did clean my ducts (though I had to pay more since we have two systems) but based on the extremely poor job on my carpets and the high-pressure sales tactics, I cannot recommend them.
