I have had previous experience with Lakeland Collision. In 2019, my Toyota Highlander was…read morerear-ended while sitting at a stop light. Lakeland Collision did an excellent job repairing my car and dealing with the insurance company! I wrote them a well-deserved glowing review. Now, four years later, when a distracted driver clipped the front corner of my car, I knew who I wanted to repair the damage. I scheduled an appointment for the day after the accident and dropped my car off at their location on Mall Hill Drive. During the entire process I was kept in the loop with weekly text messages. I could text questions about the repair schedule, and they were answered quickly. The work was completed on schedule and my car looks like new. I would recommend Lakeland Collision without hesitation! I've included some before and after photos so you can see how well they repaired my car.

I spent 3 hours on the internet & on the phone searching for a mobile mechanic to fix the problem, got many quotes, but when the found out it wasn't diesel or a semi orna bus RV, they wouldn't come out. I finally found Mike & Gina's. They were already on a call, but talked to me about the problem, got the vehicle info, gave me pricing for what they thought it might be. They called when they were on the way. They diagnosed the problem, kept with their original quote (which was much lower than the other companies I spoke with), got the part, repaired the vehicle & it's been running fine. No extra charges, no scams, no crap. Honest, knowledgable mechanics. I highly recommend Mike & Gina's mobile auto repair. They know what customer service is supposed to mean!!

Zero stars. Horrible business practices and they steal money from their customers. 2 months ago…read moreMike from Mike & Ginas Mobile Mechanic LLC who worked together with another mechanic named Tim from The Auto Repair Guys agreed to change an engine for our Nissan and charged us $2k but they never finished the job. We called and texted Mike & Gina and several times as well as Tim and they said they will come back to finish and they never showed up. They have never come back and have completely stopped answering our calls and texts and have still not finished the job. How can a business steal from their customers and charge us $2k and completely run off and ignore all our calls and texts. We just want our money back and they are not responding to us. It's truly a shame that they do this to hardworking people that trust a mechanic to do a job and they completely disappear. I do not recommend this fraud business unless you want to get robbed.

Setup an appointment two days out. A little hard to find but not crazy. Arrived at Final Touch at the prescribed time and walked into a beautiful lounge area. I was blown away. I was met by an extremely friendly young lady and service manager. I handed my key fob and they immediately got onto the hitch installation. 30 minutes later they were done. I didn't need wiring as this will only be used for a e-bike rack. The value of their service was outstanding and very cost effective. I was quoted over $300 for this installation from Campworld. This cost me $60 not $300. The job, which I was quoted book 3 hours ended up being 30 min. I did the research and found the installation only takes 30 min or less without wiring. Final Touch gets my full recommendation for their professionalism, value, friendly personnel and their outstanding lounge area.
