She's a truly amazing OT-and Carlo has been providing support with Jen L. and seems to be very engaged, personable, and responsive. We sought services at the OAS center when multiple things went wrong with some of our child's services. I'm so glad that I found this center-as their therapists and office staff are incredibly generous, insightful, and always happy to be of help. They take COVID safety measures seriously & the ways in which they engage with my little one always warms my heart. I feel like the staff here are people who genuinely adore children-and their enthusiasm in providing support and assistive therapies shines through. They also provide a lot of concrete, helpful strategies on how to support your child at home through parent education, quick replies via email to any/all questions, and they utilize a variety of tools/equipment to support your child and adapt to what works best for your child's unique needs. Erin, the operations manager, is such a sweetheart. She was so accommodating and understanding when a number of medical emergencies hit us-one after another-and advocated for us so that we could continue services. She is very responsive on email/phone & always very warm, affable, and professional. Highly recommended! You want your child to benefit from the best in an environment of physical & emotional safety. The OAS Center is a wonderful agency staffed by people who profoundly and genuinely care about your child and his/her unique therapeutic needs.

She is perfect for him, we absolutely LOVE her and the relationship they quickly built!!!!!! It's typically challenging to find him a good match since he uses ASL "she knows signs" . I'm already seeing improvement with him using his ASL spontaneously. I should mention that he's probably had in the last 10 years over 20 different SLPs over 5 different offices/companies and hands down. This has been the very best place for him. Thank you OAS center for working with kiddos like my son, to improve the quality of their life....

All four of us visited and toured several facilities both in Northern and Southern CA. We wanted to find a place for dad that we felt comfortable live in ourselves. Dad had been living in Northern CA for most of his life, so when my husband and I visited Cloisters (several times), and had met with Tia and other staff members, we felt that it would be the best fit for him, it was still a big leap of faith as it was major move for dad at such an advanced age. Now it has been 3+months and dad has fully adjusted to the facility, met new friends and very much enjoying his new home. Always greeting you with warm smile, Tia is the driving force that keeps everything going the right direction, but each and every person that we have had the pleasure of meeting so far have been caring, attentive and a joy to know. We usually visit dad twice a day every day, so we don't miss much. We would like to specially recognize Marlene who has been exceptionally careful when she is showering dad who had a foot surgery recently. Just last week we celebrated dad's 98th birthday with a cake for everyone at Cloisters. My favorite aspect of the facility is that every room has a view, and most rooms have a private patio access to an immaculately maintain garden brimming with roses, cannas, bougainvillea, many shady trees, hummingbirds and butterflies and many pollinators flitting about, that would cheer up the gloomiest of moods. Lastly I would like to add that I would personally like to live at cloisters when my time comes. Thank you Tia and Team for taking such good care of our dad as if he is your own.

It seems that dentistry is not just a job, it's her calling. We had a minor dental emergency late at night a few months ago. I reached out to Dr. March and she personally responded immediately and put our fears to rest with thoughtful instructions. She even took the time to check in the next day. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, but I look forward to my cleanings now with Dr. March's crew and I know that any treatments I might need in the future will be performed with top-notch care and quality. The building is beautiful, open and full of natural light which is calming when going to the dentist. If you've been looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. March and her team.

She never tried to "up sale" me any type of treatments. Additionally, her dental hygienists were top-notch--very detailed with all cleaning treatments. Last month I moved from San Diego and so unfortunately I am no longer a patient. I appreciate all the great care and professionalism Dr. March and her staff have provided me.

Chinese Bakery is on the "magic" list, because, though they don't make the best dan tat, they do make them, and they're not terrible, and that saves me a trip to somewhere else. And, as a bonus, just around the corner from A-Chau is Paris Bakery, whose excellent breads, pâtisseries and Viet specialties make me glad I live nearby.
