This is a much better solution than slapping down some indoor-outdoor carpeting that looks pretty rough after a couple years in the elements. And since it's just a thin coating over your existing concrete it's not really a major disruption to do it. It's not like tearing out all the concrete and starting over. Of course your existing slab has to be in reasonable (although not perfect) shape. I'm not going to say they're fast because it does take them a while to get to your job. But they didn't ask for any money until they were done, so I just figure they're a little slow because they've got a lot of work. Which comes from being good at what you do.
