Run the other direction completely so you don't have to deal with this. Freak of nature's happen and it doesn't mean you can get a brand new dumpster out of it. You ask for an invoice and you get one but has a bunch of stuff typed on it just trying to get you to click on it so you are showing you will be responsible for a fire that happened from nature. Should be happy we even called and told you that a fire happened. Then to not ask if everyone is okay or our vehicles and even if the house was okay really gave me a bad vibe. First words out of the owners mouth were, well that is an $8000 dumpster you will have to pay for it. Then ask for pictures to show on Facebook. The next day send me an t a text telling me to make a home owners insurance claim. Dude, you need to learn to do business and not just see money signs. RUN! Don't get a dumpster from here. Pretty bad after almost 3 years the same dumpster is still being used as it was returned. Not painted or anything. See it when we drive past once in awhile.

BEWARE! This guy took every dime I received from the insurance company and did about 75G worth of…read morework. After the last 21K I gave him, for a total of 184, he disappeared for 90 days. When he finally showed back up, he had gone behind my back and tried to get 25G more. With that news, I fired him. He never pulled permits, put the wrong color roof on, and the glass block windows are wrong. Left my house without gutters for over a year. He stole my ladder, all the siding that is supposed to be on the house, and then broke into my house and stole all the trim and my gas cans. He was told to set up a time with the police there to gather HIS things. No one will finish the job because there are too many things he did wrong, but mostly because he didn't pull permits. He tiled all the way to the door opening, so there is no space to put trim. The electric outlet is in the way, too. I could write a book! Everyone I have had come look at the house says there is 75g done and 100k to finish, remembering I gave him $184,000. I received a quote to finish the outside for 8000! I paid him 100g for just the outside, and the bank and insurance signed off on that and gave him more money, and it's not done. Paid 100%. We had a contract for inside and outside. The contract included garage doors to be put up but it was not done. That wasn't included in the 8g estimate. If you would like to discuss further or are interested in finishing, give me a call! More than happy to tell you all the truth. 330-956-6324 No text, this is a land line!

Mike Weston and his guys are good at what they do. They refinish patios and other concrete surfaces…read morewith a decorative finish that looks great. This is a much better solution than slapping down some indoor-outdoor carpeting that looks pretty rough after a couple years in the elements. And since it's just a thin coating over your existing concrete it's not really a major disruption to do it. It's not like tearing out all the concrete and starting over. Of course your existing slab has to be in reasonable (although not perfect) shape. I'm not going to say they're fast because it does take them a while to get to your job. But they didn't ask for any money until they were done, so I just figure they're a little slow because they've got a lot of work. Which comes from being good at what you do. I definitely recommend them.
