(By the way, the brochure is still currently displayed in the spa, so if the prices are outdated, then print up a new pamphlet.) After my services there, which were nice, I was charged separately for each service I received instead of the package deal that is advertised on the back of the pamphlet. I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. Dr. Brent has been an amazing help to our family and so many other families we know. When my first…read morebaby had issues with nursing (lip tie) and a flat spot in her head, Dr. Brent was able to treat her successfully, PLUS she finally started crawling! We've brought every baby since, even calling them from the hospital...the same day I had the baby. I also saw Dr. Brent myself for my pregnancy back pain, and she is the only chiropractor to make ANY difference in my pregnancy aches and pains. She takes the time to listen and even offer exercises to support in between adjustments. I couldn't recommend her enough for pregnancy care, I am so glad to have her on my team. And my husband could write a whole review of his own! He actually found relief from pains he thought he was going to have to live with forever. He's had a whole slew of problems from past injuries. Headaches, neck problems, shoulder injury, even ribs out of place. He saw multiple other chiropractors for years with only short term success at best. But Dr. Brent fixed him right up, and in a couple weeks he was finally having lasting relief.
