Summer went above and beyond with providing me information on what my insurance would pay and what I would be left with as well as financing options. She was so kind throughout the whole process. Every single one of the staff checked on me during and after my procedure. They made sure to keep my anxiety under control as well as pain afterwards (which wasn't as bad as I expected). Dr. Haygood was very professional and thorough and I never felt like he was rushing to get out of my room. I HIGHLY recommend this office if your considering dentures, implants, etc. I couldn't be more happy with my results and the process.

I got the "run-a-around" of "We have to see you first before we can give you even a ball park price so let me make you an appointment" So after having to pay for x-rays and sales pitches, it was a GREAT relieve to have been able call up, told them what I wanted (snap-in dentures) and told a bottom line price per implant by a articulate, cheerful young lady who told me what my insurance would a would not do. The office is very pleasant. I recieved anxiety meds (several teeth being removed) and was placed in a room with nice music and a cuddly soft blankee and took a 10 min. nap. The good Dr is very professional and gives you a feeling of knowing you are good hands and it was with very minimal discomfort he extracted 5 teeth and performed 4 implants. I have had very little bleeding at home. I highly reccommend this dental family on Airline Drive. P.S. I also was given the blankee!

I've already made exam appointments for my kiddos, and hope their experience is just as great! Before I forget to mention, they do quarterly giveaways. How awesome! I then received a $73.00 bill for x-rays. Dentist Ashley Horton spent about two minutes with her "exam" hopping between me and two other patients. I got a proposal for extraction and partial. I call my plan provider to reference dental codes and costs. All their dental codes were wrong. ADA codes begin w/letter D, theirs began w/number 0. Two hours and a three-way call later, I finally figured out costs. They don't send cost predeterminations. My extraction appointment was a disaster. Horton didn't have the strength to pull the tooth, cut it in half, then jacked the halves back and forth for forever, finally getting them out. Before the extraction, I tried to discuss the partial type, she didn't have the time and didn't care to listen. Profit before patient care, same as it ever was, this place is no different. I cancelled all future appointments. A good dentist and good dental organization are hard to find.
