He was appointed by the court to be a parental coordinator. The court awarded me sole legal custody of the children, and the custody evualuations recommended that the other parent spend only one hour per week with the children (and that was to be in a public place under supervision). Clearly the other parent was deemed by psychiatric evaluations and by the Court) to be dangerous to the children. Mr Humphries has had the opportunity to mediate in disputes between myself and the ex spouse dozens of times. In approximately 50 decisions that he rendered he favored the parent that the Court found to be dangerous to the children 49 times out of 50 times He managed to find legal loophoes to justify the continuing troublesome behavior of the other spouse. The best interests of the children were routinely ignored by Mr Humphries and they continue to suffer under his misguided and eccentric involvement. read more

I had concerns about this psychologist's objectivity and impartiality in family court-related evaluations. In my experience, his reports appeared to align more closely with the interests of the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) or the attorney who retained him, rather than being neutral or child-focused. In high-conflict custody cases, especially where safety and wellbeing are paramount, it is vital for mental health professionals to provide balanced, evidence-based assessments. Unfortunately, I believe his report contributed to outcomes that were not in the best interest of the parties involved. Additionally, in connection with the tragic case of Jennifer Dulos, this psychologist was reportedly involved in evaluating Fotis Dulos. While I cannot speak to all the specifics, the professional judgment shown in that case has raised public and ethical concerns for many. Mental health professionals carry a serious responsibility, especially in legal settings. I strongly urge others to review all available information and seek second opinions when dealing with critical evaluations that can impact lives so profoundly. read more

absolutely horrendous. This man is a corrupt and crooked criminal. His words don't match his actions. He has an incestual and transactional relationship with his fellow vendors in CT family court. Avoid him at all costs. He is not sane. There is a reason why he does private pay family court work only. Negative 500 stars. read more
