I see it as a blessing though so I didn't waste my insurance on partial fittings Or the actual partials! Also the entire staff including the so called dentist was late , I waited 15 minutes before they unlocked front door and was their first patient of the day... Unbelievable really terrible place! I'm a Google local guide and am reviewing this incident on every site I can find. I seriously would not take a dying dental issue with an animal to this Popsicle shack. I went to Glenn Ashmore (creator of Dental Depot) for a new denture. Somehow the lab got the color…read moreof the teeth wrong, and instead of fixing the problem, they said it would cost me an additional $500 to change the color. I never saw Dr Ashmore again, after the first 5 minute consultation. After filing an appeal with Delta Dental. They decided against Dental Depot said the denture should be fixed at no additional cost to me. As Dr Ashmore was "unavailable", I was seen by Dr Sebourne, who said he would make me a new denture at no charge. When it finally came in, the color was perfect but the fit was very wrong. it was incredibly loose and the back teeth were not directly above the lower teeth. instead of fixing this new problem, Dr Sebourne slathered on a huge amount of Polygrip denture glue and shoved it in my mouth without telling me what he was doing. After getting home, It took nearly 2 hours to get all of that crap out of my mouth and off of the denture. That stuff is for old ill-fitting dentures, NOT brand new ones that should fit your gums like a glove. I haven't yet mentioned this entire process took from December 2025 (first consultation) until August 2026 to get two totally unusable dentures. Instead of fighting with them to get the problems fixed, I have given up and gone to a different dentist where they made (in less than a week) a beautiful denture that actually fits (without glue) and matches the color of my lower teeth perfectly. I will never go back to Dental Depot and suggest you find someone else. if you're needing a denture, avoid this place at all cost.

The dentist was friendly and also provided good insight into the health of my teeth (he is a man of few words though). AND my teeth stayed clean and felt clean/plaque free for ONE MONTH after my cleaning! I always have crazy plaque buildup, and usually it comes back in a few days. But with the new brushing technique they taught me, and with their thorough cleaning, my teeth felt amazing for one full month after the cleaning. Highly recommend.

Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? After all this stress, anxiety, emotional distress and humiliation it's time to look at other avenues. So if you need a partial dental plate DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY!
