I arrived about 10 minutes early with the guy at the counter who said " have a seat and they will call you back when they can". I should have suspected something then and there. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Finally, went back to the counter, same guy, says they were busy and they will get to me. A lady at the counter did say she would check for me. 10 minutes later I was called back. They took me to a room where they took pictures of my mouth, about two minutes. Then I was put in a room and told a Dr. Logan would be right with me. 15 minutes later no Dr. Logan or anyone for that matter. Terrible service. Totally unnecessary to have to wait an hour and a half for a fixed scheduled appointment. Here is the problem, after looking a past reviews my experience isn't a one off. Nothing I write here will change anything there. Don't do what I did. Check the reviews before making contact.
