Patrick Hart was always late. Never focused or prepared. He definitely sold himself to me. Took…read moreadvantage of the fact I was in a horrific domestic violence situation. He had me sign over everything to my husband because he was not prepared for trial. Patrick Hart actually made that deal with my ex-husband when I was not even there at the meeting. Everything Patrick promised and reassured me. He did not do. He did not even notify me about certain court dates and did not make one motion when I begged him to do so several times. Right after court. He was accidentally sexting me. He took advantage of the fact that he was getting a divorce himself at the time and me, as a victim. When I confronted him on the fact he took 10K and did nothing and he asked me to delete the sexting messages. Reassuring me he is a professional. Professional liar. He actually has done everything to aide my ex and family to completely threaten my very existence. To continue to abuse and harass me. The court never even heard my exes criminal record. His father wrongfully has custody and I never got to see my other son since Patrick had no sense of urgency with the parental alienation. The fact that I confronted Patrick with his lies and what he had me do was wrong and against my wishes. It was what was best for him and definitely not for me and my children. I let Patrick Hart know that I showed his sexting texts to my Trauma Therapist since he instructed me to erase them. I would have done anything he told me to do. I was so scared, abused, and alone at the time. Yet, I'm not a complete idiot Needed a valid witness. The fact that I knew another secret Patrick tried to clarify with me. It's still not something I would put up on his review to destroy him. As much as he is fine keeping my money and letting others hurt, steal, and terrorize me. He took advantage of that kindness. Patrick Hart did not do what was best for me but what was best and easiest for him. I reported him to the bar. To expedite this matter and knowing the bar is not punitive like Family Court. I'm pressing charges on Attorney Patrick Hart.
